Whether it’s the unique experience of having the entire boat to yourself or our accommodating and upbeat crew, a Private Charter with Mahi Mahi Cruises & Charters is bound to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience for all.  It’s the perfect way to host an event of any sort, from business outings and client entertainment to birthday parties and family celebrations. The following is an overview of our services and the options we provide. Keep in mind that nearly anything is possible. Food and Bar Options:

 

Straight from the sandy shores of the Tropics, our own version of a Caribbean Tiki bar, The Conch Shell Bar & Grill, offers imported island beer, frothy tropical favorites and New England classics. If we don’t have your favorite beer, wine, or cocktail in stock we will happily provide it for you by request. Champagne can easily be ordered for special celebrations. Based on your desires there are three payment options for the bar: Cash Bar, Open Bar, or a Semi-Open Bar. Sorry, but bringing your own alcohol is not allowed. For food, we provide a large array of choices from full meals to boxed lunches and platters. We work exclusively with distinguished Henry’s Market of North Beverly to provide you with only the finest and freshest food available.  Please see the included menu for item details and prices. Once again, if you don’t see an item on the menu that you were hoping for, please let us know. 

Narration Options: 

Salem Sound holds a tremendous amount of history and elegant landscapes that often grab the attention of our guests. It’s always a fun idea to have a narrator onboard to enlighten you of our passing surroundings, especially if there are visitors aboard. This option is ideal for group outings and fieldtrips.

Where We Go:

Typically we smoothly cruise by the beautiful shorelines of Salem, Beverly, Marblehead and Manchester-By-The-Sea, which make up Salem Sound. There is a remarkable amount to look at, from islands and lighthouses to luxurious yachts and estates that cover the coastline. If you have another location in mind, let us know. We often provide cruises as far south as Boston Harbor and as far north as Gloucester Harbor.

Pricing and Options:
 
Season (June 16- Sept 15):
Monday-Thursday: $325.00 for first hour, $275.00 for each additional hour.
Friday-Sunday: $425.00 for first hour, $325.00 for each additional hour.

Off-Season (May-June 15/Sept 16-Nov):
Monday-Thursday: $275.00 for first hour, $225.00 for each additional hour.
Friday-Sunday: $375.00 for first hour, $275.00 for each additional hour.

The above rates do not include food, drink, or other possible options and are flat hourly rates regardless of passenger count. The above rates do include the following:

•    Exclusive rights to vessel

Gratuity:
There is an 18% gratuity added to final open bar tallies and food totals.

Deposit & Payment Options:
To hold your reservation, we require a flat deposit rate of $150 upon booking. Complete payment is due upon receiving the final invoice, typically mailed or faxed to you after your private charter is completed.

Cancellation Policy & Rain Dates:
We strongly suggest picking a rain date for your cruise. If it is the case that weather hinders your cruise and a cancellation is necessary, all costs are waived with the exception of your food costs. To prevent being charged for food, your cancellation must be made at least thirty-six hours in advance. If reasons beyond weather force you to cancel we request 24-hours notice to avoid a 25% cancellation charge.
